The San Juan County Museum
Association manages and operates the San Juan County Archaeological Research Center and Library at
Salmon Ruins, also called Salmon Ruins Museum. The Association is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization
dedicated to educating the public about the preservation of
archaeological, historical, and cultural resources in
the Four Corners area.
The Museum, Heritage Park, Salmon Ruins,
Research Library, and Museum Gift Shop are open year 'round.
The museum hosts a number of educational workshops, lectures, exhibits, and
special events each year. As a member you can take advantage of these
programs at a discount.
